Note that the number of Screendesk seats doesn't have to align with your helpdesk seat count. For example, if your team of 12 Support ops has 25 Zendesk seats, you only need a Screendesk plan with 12 seats.

        What's the minimum number of seats on paid plan?

        There is no minimum number of seats on paid plan. You can start with a single seat and add more seats as you grow.

        Can I change my plan later on?

        Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the month. If you downgrade, you will be credited on your next bill.
